The name "Paintino", the logo, and all other platform identifiers are the property of the operator. Any use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Where third-party content is linked or embedded on the platform, the respective rights remain with their owners. Paintino does not claim any rights thereto.

In the event of a breach, Paintino reserves the right to block access and assert claims for damages.
Paintino grants you a simple, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for the private, non-commercial purposes described in Section 4. This licence expressly excludes the right to make the content commercially available to third parties or to use it as the basis for commercial products. The licence is worldwide and free of charge, provided these Terms of Use are complied with. In the event of a breach, it terminates automatically.
